SHIPPING
Orders can be returned within seven (7) days upon receiving the merchandise. No money return. Merchandise must be new, unworn, in perfect condition, and original tags must be attached.
Original shipping costs will not be refunded. Customer is responsible for any return shipping fees.
PICK UP
Orders can be returned within seven (7) days after original shipping date. Unfortunately, no change will be accepted after 7 days. No money return. Merchandise must be new, unworn, in perfect condition, and original tags must be attached.
If you made a purchase to pick up, day #1 would be the day after your purchase date. From that date, the seven (7) days for change start to count. If you pick up after those seven (7) days, it will not apply for exchange or return.
Accessories and sale items are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for a store credit or exchanged. White clothing is also FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable changes.
